Full Moon, Paint & Flow

Join Robin Arramae with WNC Paint Events + Amber Kleid for a powerful Full Moon, Paint & Flow ceremony.

This idea was born with the intention of providing a space to release your energy onto canvas through the active motion of flow. Please join us at the Waynesville Yoga Center as we Center ourselves through breath & intentional flow while guided to paint through expression & emotion onto canvas

Amber will guide you through each of the 7 non-physical energy centers as Robin guides you through the release of those energies onto canvas. This is all with intentions to remove self judgment (root), comparison (sacral), idealism (solar plexus), disempowerment (heart), blindness (throat), unforgiveness (third eye) and fear (crown) as we harness and embrace self love… Because we all have the perfect self love, we only have to let go of some things to fully embrace it.

This full moon class will open with breathwork + meditation to sync mind and heart. We’ll then move into a gentle flow to warm the body as we prepare to garner this month’s lunar energy with restorative poses at the end.

Yoga Basics: 5 Week Series

Are you interested in beginning or refreshing your yoga practice?

Yoga Basics is a 5- week series for beginners or those looking to re-learn the the fundamentals of a yoga practice, and is a solid way to deepen your understanding of your body + your wellness journey.

This small class will give you plenty of space for dialogue with an instructor who can offer modifications and advice on what will help you in your unique practice. Two instructors will be alternating the classes to give you a dynamic learning experience.

Cost: $75 for 5-week series.

This five week series kicks off on Monday January 2, 5:30 – 6:30pm and will run for 5 weeks with a max of 5 students. Space is limited: to save yours, register below.

This special intimate Hot Stone Restorative class will incorporate meditation, relaxation, hot stones, and supportive hands-on assists (optional) to deepen your healing experience.
Tap into all the benefits of deep, passive stretching through the use of props as you hold poses longer to allow your body to release stress and heal on a cellular level. This class will leave you feeling cozy and rested.
Please bring a blanket for extra comfort.
