2021 Yoga Reboot: Movement + Reflection
Yoga Reboot for 2021!
If your 2020 ‘attitude’ is dragging you down or maybe you are looking for a way to give your outlook on the new year ahead a positive boost, then Yoga Reboot can get your started!
The class will start with a cleansing ritual to push out any 2020 bad vibrations and clear a path for a better year in 2021. We’ll then come together for a yoga flow practice to get our tapas, our heat and energy, moving. This energy building flow will be followed by a time of reflection, discussion and capturing that new attitude on paper. We’ll move into a bit more yoga, but gentle, and end with a guided meditation.
This class welcomes anyone wanting to move into the new year on a positive, hopeful note, through yoga. Join Trish Ward oin on January 1, 2021 for this 90 minute class, all levels!
