Do you feel the call to make a change in your life? Are you ready to put an end to self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns? Ready to discover the part of you that is ready to truly live your purpose? Then Inner Teacher Training may be the path that you have longed to travel.

Explore and learn various techniques to add to a personal wellness “toolbox” in order to:
1. Reclaim your passion for life.
2. Build resilience to combat stress, fatigue, anxiety and burnout.
3. Rediscover your inner teacher, or meet him/her for the first time!

This will be a five-week, women-only series, culminating in a 3-hour Breathwork Journey to integrate all that you have experienced throughout the prior month.

Each session will offer creative exploration, journaling, sharing, short mindful yoga practices, guided meditations and visualizations, and practical applications for life. Most of all, we will nurture deep connection with ourselves. There will be take home readings for each week and short exercises to explore on your own. No prior yoga experience is required.
