This in-person workshop will help invite a deepening awareness in your everyday. Together, we will hold this space…for one another, for ourselves. This container is safe, sacred, and beautifully perfect for each woman that says yes.

During this workshop you will receive: 

• a personal take-home practice that supports your opening & awakening
• a guided meditation
• journaling prompts that promote a deeper healing
• a women’s circle, with tea and healing conversations
• a beautiful blend of essential oils, with education on how to use to support your process

Arm in arm, we will walk through what I have found in my own journey, to be one of the most important steps to LIVING a full, beautiful life. Our time together will equip you with the tools you need to come back to YOU…time and time again. Your yes is just the beginning.
