Join Katie Schomberg for a night of flow & yin, meditation, releasing, and calling in.

This full moon is a beautiful time to shed the layers of what’s not serving you any longer, and allow space for the new to grow.

We will enjoy a 60 min. flow& yin class, followed by a beautiful meditation that will cultivate releasing…and allow for knowing and clarity to come in. We will also room for conscious conversation and writing. You will also leave with contemplations for the following new moon coming in August.
