Come learn Ayurvedic techniques to calm your mind + nervous system and give the inner workings of your body the attention it needs this season.
During this 90 minute class, we will explore the Ayurvedic principle of doshas, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Japa (the meditative repetition of a mantra), in order to open the doors of tranquility within us and increase the quality of our night’s sleep.
This soothing workshop, led by Karen McGovern will end with a guided meditation that will transport you to a state of total relaxation.
