Immunity + Spring Tips with Candra Smith
Join Candra for a virtual class to explore ways you can boost your immunity through proper care of the 5 senses as well as learning tips to decrease ama (toxin) and kapha accumulation through the spring season. All are welcome from the comfort of your home to discover ways to improve your health in body and mind.
This class will be live-streamed, meaning you will need to download Zoom in order to access. This 2 hour class will begin at 2pm on Saturday April 25th, so simply head to our schedule to register and click View Broadcast at the start of class. You need to be logged in for the View Broadcast to be visible.
This class is also donation based- to make sure we can accommodate those experiencing hardship due to the current crisis. You can donate via PayPal or Venmo.

Candra Smith has been teaching yoga since 2006 and practicing massage since 2007. She has over 500 hours of yoga study and blends classical yoga with a vinyasa flow. Candra’s classes are fun, creative and slightly challenging with a focus on a deep inner journey to Self discovery. Candra is inspired to teach yoga for so many reasons but simply put, yoga helps people become better people. Candra currently owns the Maggie Valley Wellness Center.
