Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of devotion and showing your love for the world. Bhakti yoga can be practiced with any style of asana (postures), as it’s focus is on the mental clarity needed to serve others.
Join Suzanne Berryhill for a 3-part series about love in the month of love, February! Each class can be taken independently and will revolve around a different theme of love, though students may wish to take all three!
February 4: Love of self
February 11: Love of our closest friends and family
February 18: Love of the world
This class will be a slow flow and yin class, using props to support postures. During the flow, there will be plenty of time to get into the posture and hold before the class moves into longer holds (1-3 minutes) for the yin portion. This class is accessible to all levels of yoga, including beginners and anyone that wants to learn more about Bhakti yoga.
