Join Jay for this 90’s edition of Barre- a class that fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strengthening dance exercises. Barre Above™ utilizes isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
