Body Confidence Bootcamp with Beth Sanderson
Body Confidence Bootcamp is a 27 day program designed to teach you the nutrition and workout basics that can help you improve your body composition (less body fat and more lean mass), your strength, energy and your confidence.
There is so much misinformation surrounding diet and workouts, it can be hard to know what plan is right for you. Body Confidence Bootcamp will educate you so that you can make informed decisions and find the best overall plan for you and your life. This program is not a one-size-fits-all one-month plan; instead it is the start of building sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that serve your fitness and health journey.

- weekly group Zoom call
- weekly workouts (either in-person or virtually)
- weekly coach check ins for accountability and support

The program runs from October 1st to October 27th.

Thursday Oct 1: Zoom Call at 6:30pm
Saturday Oct 3rd: Zoom Call at 10am
Tuesday Oct 6th: Zoom OR in-person workout at 5:30pm
Tuesday October 13: Zoom Call at 6:30pm
Tuesday October 20: Zoom or in-person workout at 5:30pm
Sunday October 25th: Zoom or in-person workout at 10:30am
Tuesday October 27th: Zoom Call at 6:30pm
