Buti, Hoops + Bubbles
Join us for a low-impact, high-energy, full-body cardio workout that strengthens and tones muscles- followed by a bubbly wind-down!
This class will start with 45 minutes of core focused Buti Yoga with Kayla Vreeland + Jay MacDonald to get your bodies warmed up and segue into 45 minutes of not-your-typical waist hula-hooping with Tiffany Lamb Powell!
This is a creative flow class that incorporates stretching, aerobics, dance and trick sequences with the hoop. Physical benefits include improvements in posture, balance, flexibility, increased coordination, circulation and stress relief. There are many testimonies of weight loss and increased stamina- all while having fun.
*Hoops + Bubbles provided! No experience with Buti Yoga or Hooping necessary.
This event will take place at Folkmoot Friendship Center, located at 112 Virginia Avenue, Waynesville, Friday June 14th from 6-7:30, with a portion of the proceeds helping their educational facility that promotes cross-cultural understanding.
