Buti Yoga, Belly Dancing + Bubbles @ The Folkmoot Center
An ancient form of folk dance is belly dance! Come shimmy with us as we combine a beginner’s introduction to both Belly Dance + Yoga!
This class opens with yoga breath work and movement to ground and energize. We’ll move on to basic belly dance combinations, building a mini choreography and followed by a yoga centered cool down… of course we will then wrap it up with a splash of bubbles!
Expect beginner’s level yoga and belly dance, great music, and good energy to lift your spirit and open your heart- with no previous experience in belly dance or yoga necessary. Hip scarves provided. Wear comfortable yoga or workout clothes.
