SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Due to copyright issues from both the Buti Yoga company and for music licensing, we have had to get a bit creative with how to host Buti + DEEP classes. We are stoked to have found a solution and can now share Buti with you at home!
// Follow the typical instructions for how to log into a livestreamed class through Zoom (Having trouble? Click this guide to help walk you through – https://waynesvilleyogacenter.com/#how-to-access-a-class)
// We will provide a pre-made playlist for you to play in the background. The instructor will be guiding the class based on the same assigned playlist, but as we mentioned, due to copyright issues with Buti Yoga and music listening, we will not be able to play the music for you on our end.
// In order to play the playlist in real time, you will likely need paid access to some sort of music subscription / platform – i.e. iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, etc. You are welcome to use a free platform, or a free version of a platform like Youtube- just be aware that ads will interrupt the flow of the class and that some of the free versions will not let you play a playlist in order or without throwing their own suggestions in.
// Since Buti + Deep are beat-driven, you will need to be able to start the playlist as close to when the teacher cues to start as possible. This way the beat will line up and you will be on the same song / in the same place as the teacher. Don’t miss out on those awesome build-ups!
*Please note: if you log in late, it will be hard to line up with the music correctly. For this reason, be sure to start the class on time.
// You may have to get a little creative for how you hear the instructor + also listening to music. We recommend playing the music on a different device from the teacher and playing out loud (as opposed to using headphones).
// If all else fails, feel free to take the class without music or add your own! The experience isn’t quite the same, but you’re still sure to have a great time.
