Interested in a 15 minute energy alignment sample session?
An Energy Alignment session is meant to help you achieve a more relaxed state – the base for better healing and insights – and energetic harmony through energy work, guided visualization, sound/vibration with the Bioacoustic Mat + intuitive insights.
What can I expect during a full Energy Alignment session?
We’ll begin with a brief check-in chat to see how you are feeling. Then you will lay on top of the Bioacoustic Mat (which is on top of a massage table) fully clothed. The mat plays the music I choose, and vibrates underneath you in tune with the music – the vibrations are also set to different frequencies to help relax different muscle groups. I will provide energy work (which I do hands-on to help create a more personal, nurturing experience), and also lead you on a guided journey to assist the relaxation & help you open to your own insights. Afterwards, we’ll chat about your experience, and I’ll offer any intuitive insights that came through during the process. Sessions run approximately 50-60 min, and are tailored to what you need that day so no two will be the same.
