Exploring Yoga Styles Workshop
Exploring Yoga Styles will introduce you to the different styles of yoga and what you can expect in various classes. There will be opportunities to ask questions about pose benefits + proper alignment, and to discuss your unique needs, including how to work with prior injuries.
This workshop offers personalized attention and is a great way to explore how styles of yoga can benefit your practice / health and what classes on our schedule might be best for you.
