Enjoy this hour & 1/2 Gentle Flow + Restorative class led by Amber Kleid accompanied by Jake Gilmore who will, in honor of Summer Solstice, treat guests to the sweet sounds of his acoustic guitar, singing bowls, and more!

If weather permits we will be on our gorgeous patio so please bring any blankets, pillows, and other props to make your experience as comfortable as possible. This is an all-levels class and everyone is welcome to participate!

We will have a simple altar if you’d like to bring any Solstice offerings such as seeds, herbs, flowers, crystals, or anything that calls to you.
