Happy Hips: Stabilization & Stretch
The health of our hips impacts every other part of the body, including our spine, knees, and shoulder girdle. Often, yoga for hips focuses only (or mostly) on stretching, which can leave our bodies feeling better in the moment, but off-kilter as we move from the practice back into our daily lives.
Join Leigh-Ann Renz for this balancing pop-up class, which will both stretch and stabilize the hip joints and whole lower body. This is especially beneficial if you’ve been hitting those New Year’s goals hard! 🙂
Because our hips are energetically connected to our emotions, this class can also help us recover from the stress & emotional drain of the holidays – and help foster a positive mindset for the new year.
