Hip Hip Hooray! (Yoga Workshop)
Learn to unlock tight hips and all the related muscle groups that contribute to muscular tension and restricted mobility in and around the hip joint! This workshop will also focus on alignment principles how to assist yourself or your class participants on when it is appropriate to move deeper into a pose or back out a bit in that pose. We will address some good options to alleviate sciatic nerve related issues and psoas restriction as well. Come join us for a great “Hippy” workshop!
