You’ll learn simple and easy ways to bring mindfulness to your life through different meditation techniques, including breath awareness, self-inquiry, using mantras, and more.

Cynthia is a blogger, author, artist, entrepreneur and a McLean Meditation Institute Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. Cynthia first encountered the idea of meditation in 2002 and started her practice regularly in 2008 as part of her journey. She also discovered that meditation helped alleviate the stress and anxiety she felt while living the challenges of modern life. She decided to teach meditation when people around her started noticing how calm she remained in stressful situations, and started asking about her “secret.”
