As long as you are comfortable practicing weight-bearing yoga poses such as down dog and chaturanga, you can attempt this master class.
Join Candra Smith to learn how to safely + confidently practice several common arm balances + inversions. You’ll also learn how to address common injuries that can restrict your ability to perform them – and learn how to work around these restrictions.
