Join Amber for a pop-up Mindful Flow with Meditation class that will begin with a guided visual meditation to help ground the mind. Then with slow movements, we’ll begin to wake the body and gradually move into a vinyasa flow that matches our breath. Topping it off with a few balancing postures and savasana this well be a perfect practice to wrap up your Sunday.
