Celebrate YOU!

The most important and often overlooked person when it comes to love, especially on Valentine’s Day, is yourself. 

We will celebrate love in the purest sense while drinking sacred Guatemalan cacao (a tasty infusion of cacao and spices) while sharing heart activating connection. There will be music, laughter, a little dancing and deep heart-centered connection.

We will have this workshop / ceremony in place of the Wednesday evening Intro to Flow/Restorative class. No experience necessary. Come alone, with a friend, or with your partner.
