Re-Aligning Your Boundaries Workshop for Women + Restorative Yoga Practice

Inside this safe women’s circle, you’ll explore healthy and unhealthy boundaries and how they show up for you while taking into consideration what feels most important for your self-care and desires in life.
Without setting sacred boundaries thoughts that include “I should,” “I can’t,” and “I don’t deserve” can override the thinking mind and keep you from doing for yourself while feeling obligated towards others. We’ll also investigate what happens when the boundaries we set for ourselves become too restrictive. As a collective, we can begin to shift into a place of positivity, peace, and transformative confidence.
To integrate what you’ve learned Amber will treat you to a nourishing Restorative Yoga practice which will allow time to tune inward. You’ll be gifted with self-soothing, well-deserved yoga postures you can use anytime to come back home to yourself.
