Restorative + Yin Yoga for Chakra Balance with Amber Kleid

In this special class, each shape will be representative of a Chakra. We’ll use mantras, color and Reiki healing energy to help clear and center your subtle energies.

Absolutely no experience with Chakras or Reiki is necessary. Amber will give short descriptions of each Chakra and their colors then provide you with a simple mantra to help with concentration and intention while resting.

Please bring a bolster or thicker pillow, 2 blankets or towels, and blocks for extra support if you feel you might need it.
