Rock Your Resolutions: Sweat + Strength
This class is designed to get your heart-rate revved and challenge muscles throughout your body!
We will start with an intense (but self-paced) 20 mins of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and transition to 30 mins of muscle-challenging exercises, using body weight, weighted bars, and bands. We will end the class with a gentle, lengthening stretch. Get ready to ROCK YOUR RESOLUTIONS with Beth Sanderson!
We want to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals this year, so we’re adding extra classes for the month of January to help you Rock Your Resolutions! These classes will challenge your strength, stamina and flexibility, while also giving you an opportunity to explore how you can benefit from a variety of yoga styles.
