New Year’s Day is a opportunity to reflect on the closing of 2017, and to clarify our intentions for 2018. Join Shelby McDermott for a special hour + half class dedicated to our reflection of what was, awareness of what is, and planting the seeds of intention for what will come to be.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and will be the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness to support you in stepping forward fully connected to yourself and your highest intentions.
