Spine-Tacular: Movement Strategies for a Healthy Spine
We lift weights, go to yoga class, have an occasional massage and learn mindfulness practices to improve our wellbeing. But what if we really focused on keeping our all-important spine moving well and our nervous system available and adaptable? I call it a Spine-tacular in honor of our spectacular spines!
We’ll use movements from Gyrokinesis®( gyro what??), some body rolling, (no, that isn’t rolling down the hill!), simple breathing practices, and easy tricks to create more space between the joints and bring more ease to our movements.
