This class is about bringing balance to the body by using different muscles than we use repeatedly in yoga classes. This strength workout will focus on balancing the muscles throughout the body, especially those we underutilize in yoga, like back and biceps.
We will challenge our muscles with bars, bands, and bodyweight in a group training setting, followed by a relaxing, regenerating yoga stretch.
