and sunset is a perfect time to invite reflection and go deeply within. Join Tara Scarborough for a gentle sunset yoga practice at the spectacular Waterrock Knob on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We’ll meet in the grassy area in the center of the parking lot. Be sure to bring an old towel or yoga mat for practice- and a camera!
