Teen Athlete Yoga
Enhance Athletic Performance – Physically and Mentally
Join a small group of teens to explore yoga postures that will enhance athletic performance and help build physical and mental resilience.
In addition to learning yoga poses + flow, you will also gain skills to help combat stress and anxiety. We will explore how professional athletes use visualization to get into the “flow” and hone their skills, as well as experience a short visualization technique.
Class will end with a guided relaxation to integrate all we’ve learned and chill out.
This class is open to all teens. No experience necessary.
