Wheels of Life Series: an Exploration of the Chakras

The chakras are junctions of electricity in the body that correlate to nerve plexuses and endocrine glands. They can significantly impact our quality of life, and most of us tend to have challenges with one or more of the them. Often, we’re deficient in some chakras and therefore excessive in others.
Join Leigh-Ann Renz for this 4 week series on Monday’s in October from 7-8pm to explore each chakra, how they harmonize together for balance + wellness, and how you can work with them to meet your goals. No prior yoga experience required; this series will be mostly off the mat learning, with just a little yoga + movement.
