Join Natalie for a relaxing evening of yin/restorative yoga and reiki healingNatalie will lead the class in a 60 minute yin/restorative sequence designed to balance and re-integrate your energy. Through out the class, Natalie will offer reiki healing energy individually to students. Reiki will be provided without physical touch. Natalie was first introduced to Reiki through a Reiki Restorative Workshop in Washington, DC in 2019. With an open mind, she entered the workshop without knowing what to expect. She left feeling more warm, centered, and healed. After only a few of her own Reiki sessions, Natalie recognized the power and deep influence of the practice. In the fall of 2019, Natalie began her own journey in becoming a reiki practitioner.
Offering herself as the conduit for the loving, essential life-force energy of the universe, Natalie‘s clients often leave her sessions feeling calmer, lighter, more balanced, and with A greater sense of ease in mind, body, and spirit. Natalie will be offering Reiki sessions with or without physical touch and with options for soothing music and calming essential oils to cultivate a welcoming, healing environment.
