Yoga Basics 2: A 5 Week Series

Yoga Basics 2 offers a series of classes that introduce you to different styles of yoga.
There will be opportunities to work on the poses you might be struggling with, ask questions about pose benefits + proper alignment, and advice on how to work with prior injuries.
This series offers personalized attention and is a great way to explore how these styles of yoga can benefit your practice / health.
You do NOT have to have completed the Yoga Basics Level 1 Series and can be a complete beginner to participate!
This FIVE WEEK SERIES kicks off on Sunday February 13th at 5:30 – 6:30pm.
