Yoga Basics Series: Level 2 offers a deep-dive into vinyasa flow and an introduction to both Restorative and Gentle Yoga. There will be opportunities to work on the poses you might be struggling with and ask questions about pose benefits and proper alignment with personalized attention.
This series is a great way to explore how these styles of yoga can benefit your practice / health and is suitable for those who are familiar with the basics of yoga. You do NOT have to have completed the Yoga Basics Level 1 Series or Crash Course to participate.
