We will guide you through the alignment details of basic sitting and standing postures, with personalized attention and opportunities to ask questions specific to your body’s needs.
This class is perfect for those who want a refresher course on the movements in yoga before stepping into other classes- but can also be taken in conjunction with our Yoga Basics 90 Minute Crash Course: Level 2 on Sunday August 11th from 2 – 3:30 PM.
