Let’s face it: most of us have weak core muscles – and often suffer from the low back pain that typically goes with it! 🙁 Weak belly and core muscles can lead to back strain, not to mention misalignment + pain throughout the body.
A weak core can also create strain in the powerful psoas muscle – which then affects the hips, legs, knees, digestion… it’s all connected!
