We will use pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures) and somatic movement to ease the
central nervous system, and Yoga Nidra (guided mediation) to comfort + heal with compassion. Each
week Karen will help you develop a personal affirmation that will help you work through road blocks.
