Yoga can help ease the symptoms of this normal, natural, time of life. But, fatigue and irritability, insomnia and hot flashes, no matter how “natural,” are not a welcomed part of our lives!
This class starts with a very gentle yoga flow then move into a cooling, calming restorative practice that will offer some relief from these symptoms. Come experience how a regular yoga practice can make a world of difference in a woman’s experience of menopause with Trish Ward Saturday September 28th 12- 1pm.
