Yoga for Wrist Pain
Don’t let wrist pain limit your yoga practice!
Yoga is the perfect bridge to living well with pain. In this workshop, we will explore alignment and modifications of yoga poses to reduce wrist pain or discomfort, incorporating various concepts into a gentle flow that will end with an option for a relaxing wrist adjustment during shavasana.
Rebecca Mashburn is a Yoga Teacher, Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist. For 20 years, Rebecca has specialized in rehabilitation of the upper extremity and empowering people to live well with degenerative, traumatic and cumulative trauma problems or injuries.
