Yoga to Ease Arthritis Pain / A Six Week Series

Have you ever heard the expression “Motion is Lotion”? Nothing could be truer for easing the pain of Arthritis. From the most common form Osteoarthrtis to the most complex form of Arthritis- this class can help!
During our six weeks series we will learn a variety of ways to lubricate and protect our joints. Our yoga practice will including the use of Yoga Tuneup Therapy Balls to massage and target specific areas of the bod, and each week we will focus our attention on a specific part of the body:
Week 1: Feet and Ankles
Week 2: Hands and Wrists
Week 3: Cervical Spine
Week 4: Shoulders;
Week 5: The Lumbar Spine
Week 6: The All Stars (basic asanas, poses) used in all yoga practices
This unique series will be offered in-person, virtually, and with the option to access via recording to give everyone an opportunity to revisit parts of the class that really made an impact on your practice. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to make your yoga journey more comfortable!
