A mixed Level flow for beginners and the like. The class offers options for a range of skill levels. A mixture of Yoga poses with movement to the best of Led Zeppelin hits(No Stairway). BYOB or wine.

So please “Ramble on” in for a “Misty Mountain Hop” and let Jake share “A Whole lotta Love” and yoga with you!
