If you have mobility issues and/or cannot get up and down from the floor, any beginner or gentle class should be safe + accessible. For L:2/3, you should be comfortable getting up from and down to the floor – and comfortable moving in and out of downdog.

As soon as I saw Waynesville Yoga Center was opening, I came. I am so thankful to Jay for a place where I feel safe, not self-conscious, and where I can attend classes that benefit me without feeling in competition with anyone else.
