going, going, gone!

Oh my goodness, y’all! We’ve already filled the lowest price tier for next year’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training! 🙂

We’re very happy that so many of you are taking this next step in your yoga journey, whether it’s your intention to teach, or simply to deepen your own commitment to yourself.

The past year and a half has certainly been an intense time, and it has created some deep changes in many of us. At very least, it is an opportunity to prioritize: to recognize what does and doesn’t matter.

To get clear about who and what are worth (or not worth!) our time & energy. It’s a chance to appreciate small, everyday blessings, like being able to connect with those we love and move about freely in the world.

And it’s a rich invitation to “get right with ourselves”: to be honest about whether or not we’re honoring our deepest desires, our most vital goals, our one precious, sacred life. Are we showing up authentically for ourselves and those who matter? If not, are we ready to wake up and make whatever changes are needed to answer the call of our soul?

For some people, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is part of this process of reflection. Even if you never teach, YTT can provide direction, clarity, and insight about your life trajectory – and help you get on track if you’re not satisfied with where you’re headed. It will challenge you, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

But if you can sit in the heat of your own discomfort, you’ll learn, grow, evolve – and have a wonderful time with some truly amazing people! Every class is different – but every person who says “yes” to this journey has something to offer you, and each of our students has been truly phenomenal.
