Classes + Cost

We are beyond thrilled to announce our partnership with Lake Junaluska to offer outdoor yoga classes overlooking the lake beginning June 5th until fall! It is the same cost + process as regular classes, so please be sure to register online or give us a call to reserve your spot. 

We will be offering the following classes at Inspiration Point:

  • Mixed Level Flow w/ Kendall on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30PM
  • Sunrise Yoga w/ Michael on Thursdays from 6- 7AM
  • Gentle Yoga w/ Amber on Thursdays from 10:30 - 11:30 AM

Cost: $14 Drop-in for non-Lake J Members / $7 Drop-in for Lake J Members / 1 Class Credit 

Please bring your own mat!

Cancellations

We will announce class cancellations 1 hour before class if the weather is not permitting. Please be sure to call or check our website to find out.

Directions

From the main entrance follow N. Lakeshore Dr. all the way up to the cross, then turn left into the parking area for Lambuth Inn. Park and follow signs for Inspriation Point, which overlooks the cross and amphitheater at the eastern end of Lambuth Inn.
