New Safety Protocols

***MUST READ BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS***

To keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, please read our new safety protocols below: 

// STAY HOME If you exhibit flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties or a rise in temperature, please stay home! Keep our community safe.

// Please allow more time for arrival and departure for our classes due to new protocols 

// All staff and students must follow the 6 feet apart rule at all times for everyone’s safety and comfort.

// Students and Staff will be required to wear a mask everywhere but on their mat. Once they get settled to their mat space, they can take off the mask during class. Once class is over, they’ll need to wear it as they leave. Sorry, but NO MASK, NO CLASS.

// You must bring your own mat. If necessary, you can buy one from the limited supply we have left for sale, while supplies last. As a last resort, you are welcome to stay and practice without a mat.

// Students are REQUIRED to sign up for class via Tula prior to arriving at the studio. All Payments are to be processed online through Tula prior to arriving. This is to protect the students as well as the staff when processing check in. No “walk ins” will be permitted, however you are welcome to pre-register and pay for the class upon arrival.

// We have measured out 6 feet between the edge of one mat to another mat. Place your mat within the marked parameters. DO NOT MOVE THE MAT OUTSIDE THESE MARKERS.

// If you like to use props, please bring your own. We will not be offering any props for outdoor classes.

// We will not be offering mat wipes. You can either bring your own or plan to clean it at home.

// One – way traffic: We have implemented a one-way traffic pattern to get to the back patio. Everyone will enter through the front porch, and exit down the back ramp. Don’t worry, we will have signs to direct you. 

// Bathroom visits are highly discouraged. If absolutely necessary, only one person is allowed to go into the building at a time and contacted surfaces must be wiped down between use for each person.

// The water cooler is also off limits until further notice. Water bottles are permitted in class but cannot be filled from our water station.

// If you like the thicker mats, let us know and we will send you information for where to purchase them, or you can purchase one of our pre-loved mats for sale.

// Teachers will not be offering hand-ons assists.

// We are installing new bigger sails to cover the majority of the patio space, but feel free to slather on the sunscreen and/or bug spray!

//New Liability Waiver: All students must sign the New Liability Waiver policy. We will provide paper copies at check in.

Whew!  We know it’s alot to remember, and want to make sure we can all continue a much-needed yoga practice safely and comfortably.

As always, we will do our part to make sure we are maintaining a safe environment and will continue to provide fresh online content for those that aren’t comfortable with coming to the studio yet.
