Private / Small Group Instruction

Waynesville Yoga Center offers private classes (both individual and small group) for your yoga + wellness goals. While all yoga can have profound positive effects on both body + mind, one-on-one yoga instruction allows you to focus on our unique wellness goals - at a pace that is sustainable for your body.

By working with our certified instructors in a private setting, you can create a practice that is tailor-made for your body, personal goals and level of experience. Private instruction will also teach you how to adapt postures to serve your individual needs, giving you more confidence (and keeping you safer) in group classes.

The Warm Welcome

New to yoga? Feeling a little intimidated? Let us ease you into classes with a hot salt foot soak while we review your intake form, answer your questions, suggest classes based on your personal goals + challenges, and help you feel comfortable. The Jump Start

Ready to get started but need a little one-on-one? If you're wanting some private instruction before jumping into classes - or coming back to yoga after an injury (or a baby!) - let us provide you with a private 45 minute yoga session. Our certified instructor will assess your body alignment, show you a few key poses to help meet your goals, and provide you with modifications to stay safe in classes. Click here to schedule - $50
