Amber Kleid is a RYT – 500 and Yoga & Mindfulness Mentor whose passion is helping women reconnect with themselves through movement, meditation, and the practice of setting sacred boundaries to help develop deeper Self-awareness. She invites you to explore the infinite possibilities that good self-care can provide both on and off the mat, as yoga + mindfulness were essential building blocks to her personal transformation after being diagnosed with an auto-immune disease in 2013. Amber brings her silly sense of humor, creative sequencing, and everyone-is-welcome attitude into her offerings for a refreshing experience from head to toe.
